Describe:

Automatic self-cleaning Brush Filter filtration process: The medium flows from the inlet into the filter and through the wedge mesh filter, and then the clean water flows out of the outlet.When impurities accumulate on the inner surface of the wedge screen filter cartridges to form a filter cake,At the same time, a pressure difference between the inside of the screen and the outside of the screen is gradually formed.
Automatic Self-cleaning Recycle Filters :When the differential pressure reaches the default value, the signal is sent to the PLC (program logic control) through the differential pressure switch. When the PLC drives the motor, the shaft starts to rotate, and the rotating brush can remove the impurities on the inner surface of the screen.At the same time, the PLC is opened by the drain valve, and impurities are discharged from the drain valve through the internal pressure of the system.
