Instructions

Usually the dilution ratio is 0.1-0.5% of the entire cleaning liquid.

(1) Inspect and flush the entire EDI cleaning system to keep it clean;

(2) Before cleaning, the type of contamination of the EDI component and the cause of the contamination must be basically clarified. To basically do the right medicine, do not blindly clean. After cleaning, analyze the causes of pollution and make corresponding pre-treatment defense measures;

(3) During the cleaning process, the temperature of the cleaning solution should always be maintained within the required temperature range (15 to 38 ° C);

(4) The flow rate of cleaning should be recommended by the EDI manufacturer or pharmaceutical supplier. In addition, the flow rate is small and small, and the length of the soaking time is determined according to the pollution type and pollution degree of the EDI component. If there is no such recommendation, the technical engineers of Puno can give guidance according to the actual situation of the system;

(5) For systems with more serious pollution, it is best to consult the pharmaceutical or EDI supplier during cleaning to obtain the best cleaning solution;

(6) The system must be flushed with EDI water until it is re-used until the TDS content does not exceed 5 ppm and the pH of the water is within the normal range.

Packaging, storage and handling

Packed in plastic drums, 25kg / barrel, 200kg / barrel or according to user needs; storage and operation must use corrosion-resistant materials; stored in a cool dry place, storage period of 12 months. Wear latex gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing. If you splash your eyes, immediately rinse your eyes with plenty of water and see a doctor quickly. Prevent spillage on the concrete floor to avoid corrosion. If the ground is eroded, rinse immediately with clean water.
